At Palm Court Café we aim to offer excellent home-prepared food and a fine range of drinks in a relaxing atmosphere. We always have a broad selection of light meals and snacks as well as hot and cold meals and an ever-changing choice of own-made sweets and desserts.
Our regular menu is complemented by a frequently changing ‘centre spread' of sandwiches, toasties and wraps whilst our Specials menu boards carry a range of fulfilling and tasty meals such as luxury lasagne, stuffed baked vegetables, frittata and risottos.
Many of our dishes include ‘free-from' ingredients and are suitable for special diets, whilst our take-out menus offer a great choice for business lunches, nibbles in the office or a full picnic including an assortment of sandwiches, snack bites and salads to provide you with a healthy meal break.
Many of the meals off our Regular and Specials Menus as well as our freshly-prepared soups can be bought to take home, or we can create and prepare meals just for you and your family to enjoy at home.
We have a delightful function room available for hire, capable of accommodating around 36 people. We can also cater for events away from Palm Court at a venue of your own.
Located in the delightful Montpellier Quarter, above Farrah's Food Hall, in Harrogate's town centre, close to the Harrogate's International Conference Centre and Valley Gardens.
Palm Court is open seven days a week from 10am to 4.30pm (9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays), so, whatever the reason, whether it be a treat for a loved one, an afternoon break after a hard day's shopping or to join your colleagues for a business lunch, pop into Palm Court for some great tasting food and drink

Camomile Spearmint with Bergamot – Camomile and spearmint, appreciated for their soothing comforts, are infused with bergamot.
Liquorice Peppermint – The root of the liquorice plant offers an alluring sweetness to the peppermint leaf. A hot sip of serenity and repose.
Rooibos (Red Bush Tea) and Vanilla – The result of fermenting the needle-like leaves of this native South African bush, rooibus is abundantly flavourful; full – bodied with a sweet earthy aroma, made more luxuriant with the addition of tropical vanilla. Rich in minerals and antioxidants. Harrogate’s own Yorkshire Tea is now complemented by a decaffeinated version.
Coffee Time we have selected the best beans for our Espresso machine - Cooper’s Italian Continental. This roast provides a full, rich, rounded flavour. For optimum freshness the beans are supplied in air-tight bags and ground just a few at a time. Cooper’s is a family business based near Huddersfield. They work hard at promoting excellence in coffee making and run their own training courses. We too, strive to provide the best tasting coffee around. Espresso – the base of our range of quality coffee drinks. Espresso simply means ‘under pressure’ – a compressed quantity of dark, finely ground coffee has a regulated amount of hot water forced through it to give a rich, yet not bitter, full coffee flavour. Cappuccino – Our benchmark drink, served in a 6oz cup, is a shorter, deeper drink than many others serve. An espresso fills the cup around 1/3 full; another 1/3 of steamed milk topped with 1/3 frothed milk, with a light dusting of mocha powder and we have a European classic – served hot and ready to drink! Caffé Latte – Steamed milk in a larger cup with one shot of espresso dribbled through makes it a milkier drink than the cappuccino. Espresso Americano – An espresso served with extra hot water to create a linger cup of great tasting coffee, and cold or steamed milk is an optional extra. Espresso Macchiato - An espresso just softened with about a tablespoon of foamy milk. Espresso con Panna – Espresso topped with a little whipped cream for shear indulgence! Caffé Mocha – Espresso, white chocolate, syrup and steamed milk topped with frothed milk, dusted with a mocha powder. Mocha Blond – Espresso, white chocolate syrup and steamed milk topped with frothed milk is a sweeter alternative to Caffé Mocha, dusted with mocha powder. Caramel/Cinnamon/Vanilla/Orange Flavoured Coffees – A single espresso coffee and steamed milk with a good shot of one of our selected Stirling syrups, probably the best drink syrups in the world. Hot Chocolate – Dark Continental Drinking Chocolate made with steamed milk – classier than Schh...you know who’s. White Hot Chocolate – Delicious Sweet White Chocolate drink made with steamed milk. Chocolate Orange – Dark Continental Drinking Chocolate, orange syrup and steamed milk.
